Yes. It is a real trial, not a bought rating. Creators actually use what you give and send honest feedback you own. Creators are paid for finishing the trial and sending feedback, never for a good score. A brief that asks for a star rating, a positive opinion or a number of reviews is blocked.
No. We sell trials and feedback. When creators buy on a marketplace, they give their feedback to you here. We never ask for, check or pay for a rating on the marketplace. If a creator leaves one, that is their own choice.
₹500 a creator for Feedback only, an Instagram Reel or a YouTube Short, and ₹250 for every creator after 50 in the same campaign. Paid collabs are from ₹1,000 a creator, the creator's own price with Trialloop included. Every price + 18% GST. If creators buy your product on a marketplace, you also pay the product price for each creator. The first 2 changes are free; from change 3 you pay the creator's own price for the change. If you run their videos as ads, that is its own line, paid per video after you see it. You pay by UPI, card or bank transfer before the campaign goes live. There is no pay later. If we reject it, the money goes back the way you paid, with the reason written down.
Credits are free. We never sell them. You get them back when you pay: ₹10,000 on your first payment of ₹10,000 or more, 10% of any payment of ₹25,000 to ₹99,999, and 20% of any payment of ₹1,00,000 or more. We only message you from our one WhatsApp number, in the chat button on every page. We never ask for an OTP, a password or money on WhatsApp. If someone does, it is not us. Tell us on that number.
You do. Trialloop never handles or ships products. Or you pick the marketplace route, where each creator buys it themselves and gets the price back from us after the return window.
Parcels sometimes go missing. That is not the creator's fault: no strike, no flag, nothing taken from their earnings. Our team marks it not delivered, writes down why and releases the creator.
No. Creators can look at every open campaign without logging in. You only give your WhatsApp number when you tap Apply.
On interest, city, follower band, level and availability. Who is shown first is earned on finishing campaigns and speed. There is no follower minimum to join.
You keep what the brand gives: the product, the stay, the meal, the slot, the access or the invite. If you buy the product on a marketplace, you get that money back once the return window shuts.
