No, and we never will. We sell trials and feedback, not reviews. There is no price for it in the rate card, no line for it on an invoice, and no entry for it in the campaign setup. Creators are paid for finishing the trial, never for the rating they give, and a brief cannot ask for a star rating or a required opinion. If a creator chooses to leave a public review, it is their choice, unpaid, and disclosed.
Free money off your next bills, given back when you pay. Your first payment of ₹10,000 or more gets ₹10,000 of credits, once per business. Any payment of ₹25,000 to ₹99,999 gets 10%, and ₹1,00,000 or more gets 20%. They end 12 months after they are added. Credits are free. We never sell them.
No. There is no follower minimum to join, and no 10k Instagram or 1k YouTube minimum anywhere. Every creator can be paid from day one. Each creator sets their own package price; paid creator campaigns use our price for their size.
You pay before the campaign goes live, by UPI, card or bank transfer. Above ₹2 lakh it is bank transfer only. There is no pay later. Admin then checks it and it goes live. If it is rejected, the money goes back the way you paid, any credits you used come back, and the reason is written down. Campaigns are only ever held for a restricted category, a product link we cannot check, missing product information, or settings that do not add up, never for budget size or how fast you want to launch.
It depends on what you are giving. For a product, it depends on courier time, the window the creator has to accept, and the return window. For a place or a slot, it depends on when the creator books. For an event, it is your event date. We do not promise a turnaround in days.
Barter campaigns are 24 hours by default, and you can set 48 or 72 instead. Paid collabs get up to 7 days, because bigger creators need longer. If nobody accepts in time the offer simply drops and the slot moves to the next eligible creator.
Parcels do sometimes go missing in transit. That risk sits with you and the courier. There is no strike, no flag and no deduction on the creator; they are never blamed or charged. Admin marks the order not delivered, logs it, and releases them from the campaign.
They get no money back on the product and a flag goes on their account. Two flags and they are suspended. There are no money fines anywhere on Trialloop.
