The rules for brands and creators, in plain words.
These are draft terms, written from how Trialloop already works on this site. They become final once the company is registered and a lawyer has checked them. Until then this site is a demo: nothing is charged and no money moves.
Brands give creators a product, a stay, a slot, online access, an event invite or a paid gig. The creator tries it and sends honest feedback, plus content the brand owns. We sell trials and feedback. We never sell reviews.
A brand pays for every campaign before it goes live, by UPI, card or bank transfer. Above ₹2 lakh it is bank transfer only. There is no pay later. A barter campaign is ₹500 a creator for creators 1 to 50 and ₹250 for every creator after 50. A paid collab is the creator's own price with Trialloop included, from ₹1,000 a creator. The brand also pays the product price for each creator when creators buy it on a marketplace. Every price + 18% GST. A new brand account is checked once by our team. Every new campaign is checked before it goes live.
If we reject a campaign, the money goes back the way it was paid, with the reason written down. Credits used on it come back as credits.
Credits are free. We never sell them. A brand gets them back when it pays: ₹10,000 on its first payment of ₹10,000 or more (once per business), 10% of any payment of ₹25,000 to ₹99,999, and 20% of any payment of ₹1,00,000 or more. A first payment gets the bigger one, not both. Credits are added when that campaign goes live and come off later bills before GST. They pay at most the fee of creators 1 to 50 down to ₹250 a creator, 15% of creator work and half of a designed brief, never product money or GST. They end 12 months after they are added and are never sold, cashed, refunded or moved to another brand.
Creators are paid for finishing the trial and sending feedback, never for a good score. A brief cannot ask for a star rating, a positive opinion or a number of reviews; a brief like that is blocked. A public marketplace review is the creator's own choice, unpaid, and always disclosed. Brands rate the quality of each creator's feedback from 1 to 5. That is a rating of the feedback, not a review of the product.
Any post about something a creator got through Trialloop is an ad, even a free product. The creator shows a clear label such as Ad, Sponsored, Collaboration or Free gift on the post itself, and uses Instagram's Paid partnership tag or YouTube's Includes paid promotion tick.
Instagram is a Reel. YouTube is a Short. The brand can approve the content or ask for a change. The first 2 changes are free. From change 3 the brand pays the creator's own price for each extra change, Trialloop included, + GST. The words and the opinion stay the creator's own.
The brand owns the feedback and the content made for the campaign, to use on its own pages. Running a creator's content as a paid ad is extra: ad rights are at the creator's own monthly price, or free if the creator sets it free, paid per video after the brand sees it, and renewed each month only if both sides say yes.
Trialloop never handles or ships products. The brand sends them itself and adds the courier and tracking number for each parcel. On the marketplace route the creator buys it, uploads the order screen, keeps it after the return window and gets the product price back from us. If a parcel goes missing, the creator is never blamed: our team marks it not delivered, writes down the reason and releases the creator.
We ask only for what we need to run a campaign: your WhatsApp number, name, Instagram or YouTube handle and city, and for brands the business name, PAN, GST number and work email. We use it to match you, message you on WhatsApp and pay you. We never sell it. In this demo it is kept in your own browser, and a copy of what you send reaches our team. Message us on WhatsApp to see it or have it deleted. The final privacy policy replaces this draft.
Message us on WhatsApp from any page, or write to us. The final terms, with our registered business name and address, replace this draft.
